Returns
Right of withdrawal:
If you are acting as a consumer and user when placing an order on our website, you have the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the contract within 14 calendar days (two weeks), without the need for justification, provided that the nature of the purchased goods allows it. The exercise of the right of withdrawal implies the obligation to return the product in the same condition in which it was purchased, that is, with its original packaging and label. Accordingly, this period expires 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order (in the event that more than one delivery is required for the same order, the period will be counted from the receipt of the last delivery). If you wish to return only part of the order, the partial amount corresponding to the returned items will be reimbursed. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us via our email: familyfarmersnuts@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we want to make the process easier for you and therefore offer two options:

  1. Collection by JOMAVI Sociedad Civil: We will send a courier to the delivery address to collect the order. This service has a cost of €9.9, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

  2. Shipment to our warehouse:

In this latter case, no service fee will be charged by JOMAVI S.C, but the risk of loss or damage to any of the products will be borne by the customer. It is important to note that, in order to make a return by this method, it is necessary to inform JOMAVI S.C in advance via our email. Once the order has been received back and the products verified, we will proceed to refund the total amount of the order within 14 calendar days (two weeks). If the first method is chosen, the cost of return shipping (€9.9) will be deducted. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Common provisions:
If the order includes any personalized product, returns will not be accepted. Likewise, given that our products are food items, returns will not be accepted for opened, handled, or altered products, unless such alterations were caused by an incident during shipping, which must be reported to JOMAVI Sociedad Civil at the time of delivery. It is important that each product you wish to return complies with the terms stipulated in this return policy and current regulations, otherwise no right to a refund will arise.
